Hello Ed,

We just returned from 9 days in Maui, our second day started with a boat dive with your team, my wife, daughter and I went on the boat. My wife has had ear problems and was unable to descend on the first dive. The guys on the boat could not have been more helpful, I think the deck hand even went out snorkeling with her. Big Dave was our guide, he was very helpful and didn’t pressure Shauna at all to go down. He suggested she hang out on the anchor line for the second dive to see if she could eventually clear, she really took her time and eventually got down!! All the guys on the boat were great, very helpful, friendly and professional.

When we returned back to the shop we spoke with Jeff and some of the others. They mentioned how nice the shore dives were in the area and how going down gradually might help her in clearing her ears. Anyway, we rented our gear from you and ended up doing 27 dives (among the three of us) while we were there. We even dove with Jeff and Roy one day on their day off. My wife is over the hump and feels confident about what she needs to do to enjoy diving! We went to your shop every day during our stay in Maui and got to know some of the people in the shop. I just wanted to say that any successful business is made up of quality people and we can’t say enough how great the people are that work for you. Thank you so much for sharing your people with us and making our vacation absolutely the best!

 Sincerely, Johnny Unser

What a great group Ed has working for him!  Everyone from the store staff to the dive boat crew treated us like kings while we were on Maui.  Did a total of 12 dives with my son, brother-in-law, and Dave and Kim as guides.  Saw wrecks, a swim through, both sides of Molokini, reefs, and all of the sharks, jacks, trumpetfish, butterflyfish, eels, damselfish (talk about Attitudes!), goatfish, turtles, shrimp, and lobster that I could handle.  Do not miss diving with Ed Robinson and crew.  Hey Ed, Let's Go Diving!

Aloha and a very gracious Mahalo for the most excellent experience under the water ANYWHERE!  Dove with Bird and crew for a total of six dives -- two off Molokini (swimming with the big green sea turtles one day, a giant Manta ray the next), not to mention all the colorful fish -- Tangs, needlefish of all colors of de' rainbow, mon, plus trumphetfish, frogfish, the imitation clown fishes, moray eels and eels of unknown identification and too many others to count.  Fast boats, knowledgeable crew (hi, Dave, ... how's the surfing?) and lots of down time as in let's get wet.  Total of six dives.  Really enjoyed the dive on the M-10 and finding an unspent 3-inch naval shell in the load rack.  Visability was between 100-150 feet each dive and diving off the stepped shelf... I almost thought I saw a grey reef shark staring at me from the abyss below 90 feet.  Water was warm each dive -- sure beats the 59 degree F conditions I am used to.  All I can say is THANK YOU for one of the best dive trips I have yet to be on. Will be back next year (at least once, but probably more).  Mahalo, folks.  You did a great job!

  •           Aloha Ed and crew !  I just wanted to say thank you for a excellent dive trip.  We were on your boats Tuesday,Wednesday, and Thursday of last week and everyday was a new adventure.  from the st anthoneys on Tuesday to the back  wall  at molokini on Wednesday and wrapping things up with the night dive at Marty's reef on Thursday.   I can't say enough about your staff.  Big Dave was awesome as our guide on Tuesday pointing out things that I would have  for sure missed at the wreck and also the inner crater. At the wreck the large frog fish blended in so well with  the coral growing on the railing that with out Dave pointing him out we would have surely drifted by him without notice.   During our Crater tour Dave had some fun with my son and pointing out a couple of reef sharks.   It  was my sons first encounter with the white tips and as one bolted out of the cave, my sons reaction was priceless( Dave was still laughing about it on the boat Thursday).  Trust me when I say that it made a lasting impression on Alec.  MY wife dove with you guys on Wednesday along with her brother Tom and Alec and had her first drift dive.  She is still talking about the eagle ray that you all spotted and how magnificent of a creature he was.  Thursday Tom and myself joined you guys for the  night dive and I have to say that it was the best night dive i have ever been on.  We started at the crater for a evening dive and upon entering the water and dropping down just beside the eel gardens we were greeted by a huge graceful Manta that happened to be making his rounds through Molokini. Truly an awesome sight.  Our guide Tiffany was just as excited as we were noted by her underwater gestures.  She made the dive so easy just as Big Dave had done.  Making sure to point out the stuff that was not obvious.  We ended our dive at Marty's reef and after a thorough explanation of what we would find Ken opened the gates and turned the divers loose to explore this great reef. again Tiffany was on top of her game making sure to point out things i would have surely missed.  Like the tiny flat worm floating in the water column and the juvenile Octo that was out hunting in the sand. A hermit crab that looked like a part of the coral structure got put on display as she pointed him out.  A  juvenile frog fish that was maybe 2 -3 inches  and  pure white  appeared to be just another sponge on the coral was another one of Tiff's finds. Just another excellent dive with these guys.  ohh did i forget the moonlit dinner that  Ricardo had prepared for us ?  it was a nice way to spend our surface interval at 5 caves awaiting the sun to drop and our night dive to begin.  Thank you again Big Dave, Little Dave, Tiffany, Ricardo, Bill, and Ken for a dive trip to remember

    Mahalo

I have been all over the world diving and this group is by FAR the best. They are a very special group that take great "CARE" to make sure that each diver no matter what their skill level is taken care of.  The dive to Molokeni was fantastic. Then we dove on the wreck site (a bubba gump type boat) and all was great. Dave, Bert, Ricardo and Evelyn were all a great asset to your company Ed. Even the owner (Ed) was there to meet and greet all the divers personally in the morning (very early too). I will highly recommend that if you are coming to Maui do not hesitate making your next dive with "Ed Robinson's" crew....Mahalo    Brian Evans
